You have the idea. We have the studio.
We take on a small number of outside ventures each year, built by the same team that builds our own. Startups are what we prefer. They are not a requirement.
Two ways to structure it
Fee
You commission the build and keep the company whole. Fixed scope or retained, agreed before anyone writes code.
How it goes

We start with the opportunity
Before anything is estimated we want to know who pays, how often, and what they do today instead. If we think it will not work, we will say so.

We write it down
What is being built, in what order, and for what. Approved before implementation begins.

We build, launch and stay
Design, engineering, infrastructure, and support after launch as the venture establishes itself.
What we are not
Not a body shop
We do not place developers into your team by the month. We take work we can be responsible for.
Not an incubator
No programme, no cohort, no demo day. If you are looking for a mentor we are the wrong people.
Not always available
Most of our capacity goes to ventures we own. If the timing is wrong we will tell you rather than stretch.
